Choose Life: By James L Lantz
It is the will of God that everyone would choose life. We know that many do not choose life but God’s word exhorts us to choose life. Deut. 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: We recognize that God is speaking to those of us who are already born and that He wants us to choose the God kind of life. The saints of old made their choice of who they would serve and when their physical body died they went to a place called Abrahams bosom. There is also a quality of life that Moses was referencing in choosing life and blessing. Every human being is lit by the Lord Jesus Christ the moment they are conceived. John 1:9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. All life comes from God! Colossians 1:16 & 17 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Satan found out the hard way that all things consist by the Word of God. Pride has a blinding effect. The way of the transgressor is hard! Ezekiel 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. God is not pleased when His creation rebels against Him but no sin can stand in His presence.
After the fall of man wickedness increased dramatically until there were only eight righteous people remaining on the earth. Gen. 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. The murder rate prior to the flood is not revealed but we do know what God said to Noah afterwards to reinforce how precious human life is to Him. Genesis 9:6 ASV Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. God included thou shalt not kill, or more precisely, thou shalt not murder, in giving the ten commandments. God’s will is that we choose life for ourselves and value and protect the life of others. We are instructed to put God first, others second, and ourselves last. Romans 12:10 CEV Love each other as brothers and sisters and honor others more than you do yourself. 1 Cor. 10:24 ESV Let no one seek his own good, but the good of his neighbor. How sweet our marriage becomes when we actually become doers of the Word of God!
Relationships are restored as we walk in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, and self control. Favor that had been withheld is released as we forgive those who have offended us! This is how we experience the abundant life that Jesus purchased for us.
The devaluing of human life has been happening from the very first family in the earth when Cain killed his brother. 1 John 3:12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous. Throughout history people have found a way to destroy the life of another for various reasons. One of the biggest atrocities of our day is in taking the life of our most vulnerable in the name of health care. Over sixty three million babies have been aborted in the last fifty years! The abortionist selling point today is that legal abortion is necessary if the mother’s life is endangered by the pregnancy, which is rarely the case, but an exception to which many hold. The evil one is fighting hard to destroy those whom God loves! Now that five courageous judges of the Supreme Court ruled to overturn Roe verses Wade the states must decide. Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the opinion of the court that Roe was egregiously wrong and deeply damaging and that it was on a collision course with the constitution from day one. Awesome Victory For The Life Of The Unborn announced June 24, 2022
The Lord has made it abundantly clear that He is the One who gives life to man and that life starts at conception. In fact, the God of all knowing chose those of us who would receive His Beloved Son before the foundation of the world. Ephesians 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: John wrote that Jesus lighteth every man that comes into the world and Paul revealed that when the commandment came, sin was revived and he died. Romans 7:9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. This gives us great comfort to know that the little ones who’s lives were taken from them before they knew right from wrong will be received into heaven.
– The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah saying, I knew you before I formed you in the womb!
Jeremiah1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
– Isaiah also declares that he was called from the womb to restore Israel and the nations back to God.
Isaiah 49:1 NLT Listen to me, all you in distant lands! Pay attention, you who are far away!
The LORD called me before my birth; from within the womb he called me by name.
– Paul reveals how he was called of God and separated to the ministry from his mother’s womb!
Gal. 1:15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,
– John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Spirit in his mother’s womb!
Luke 1:44 For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.
You can be assured that God knew you in your mother’s womb as well. The God who lighteth every man who comes into the world is the God who caused your bones to grow in the womb. Eccl. 11:5 As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all. He is The God who knows the number of hairs on our head, The God who assigned an angel to protect us from the moment we were conceived. He is The God who said, seek good and you shall live. Some would say, why aren’t the angels protecting the little ones who are being aborted. Angels hearken unto the voice of God’s word and God needs His people, that have dominion in this earth, to put His word in their mouths. Pray the word of God, decree the word of God, vote according to the word of God! Choose life for yourself, and for all those in your jurisdiction! Mt. 18:18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Seek the Lord and you shall live!
Update On The Lands And Building Project!
The Lord has given us clarity on the the design of the church building and location of the driveway. We expect to be able to start cutting in the driveway for the church parking lot in March of 2024 and then on to purchasing the next two lots. PRAISE THE LORD!
Investors will share in the reward for every salvation, every backslider who comes back to God, every one who receives the baptism in the Holy Spirit, every person healed, delivered and restored, instructed and trained in the way of righteousness through this ministry. Jesus stated that where our treasure is, there will our heart be also. Our heart follows that which we value highly. David set his affection on God’s house and prepared for the building of God’s house with all his might and he finished well. Every seed we sow into kingdom projects secures a reward for us in heaven and brings forth a harvest in the earth after it’s own kind, plus we are keeping our heart close to God. God loves His people and will not with hold any good thing from those that love Him and are joined to His purposes. All who value our Lord’s command to not lay up treasure
on earth for ourselves must keep our motivation for accumulation of wealth to be for distribution!
You can have a part in this great work regardless of your current financial status. God is looking for people who are willing to give from what they have! Jesus will take the little and make it into a lot! In the scriptures we hear things like, what do you have in your house, or give according to what you have and not according to what you don’t have. Paul praises the liberality of those in the Macedonia churches who gave cheerfully even though they were experiencing much lack in their own lives. 2 Cor. 8:2 How that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality. Paul then tells how they intreated him to please receive their gift! God was pleased with their faith and willingness to give from the little that they had. If we have desire but have nothing to give, God wants us to ask Him for seed. The same God who gives us food to eat, and multiplies the seed we have sown, is the God who gives seed to the sower. 2 Corinthians 9:10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;
This is good news! God is looking at our heart and not at how much we have or don’t have in our earthy account. Jesus said, I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against My church. You and I both know that gates are stationary, they do not charge anybody. We are the ones who charge the gates of hell where satan has bound those who are waiting to hear the truth that makes one free!

“The people of faith in 2024 will be standing on victory’s shore. Launch out into the deep and reap mercies galore. Launch out into the deep—walking by faith, living in a place where the devil has no honor and cannot touch. That place is victory shore in 2024. The miracles of My hands, saith the Lord, shall rise strong and filled with fire that those that come to Me living a life of dire will fall on their face on victory’s shore in 2024. So, tell everyone you know and everyone you see, ‘Victory is for you, and victory is for me.’ Because I’m standing on victory’s shore in 2024. This nation is being changed by the hand of the living God. And over it He has stretched forth His hand like a mighty rod. He’s brought us to a place where the covenant He will honor. So, the nation is standing on victory’s shore.
“This year will change many, many things. A great outpouring in the United States that began at Asbury, and Israel gets attacked by terrorists, but this is as of the waters of Noah unto Me, saith the Lord. Terror shall come. Oppression shall surely come but not by Me. For I have sworn that I will not be angry nor wroth with thee. My power has not waned. My arm is not short. So, take the high ground and stand on victory’s shore. 2024, a year” – (tongues) – “when the glory shall be manifested, for Emanuel is here.”

“For those that don’t walk by faith in 2024, it’s going to be rough. And for those that make abortion the reason why they vote for someone to continue to murder babies, I’m not going to put up with this, saith the Lord. I’ll come down on you like the hammer of Thor in 2024. I’ll drop My” – (Tongues) “It’s over. The American holocaust is finally coming to an end. Six million Jews in World War II, horrible, but 65 million babies is even worse. But the Supreme Court did what I called them to do. You’ll see it. I’ll happen. So 2024; watch the rest of the world. See how they fare. Different nations will from Me receive a tare. The end is here. So very, very close. Each day that goes by, each hour is one day closer to the resurrection.”

Prayer For The Sick
In January of 1987, Brian Wills was preparing to leave for Europe to play professional tennis when he was diagnosed with a rare, often fatal cancer of the lymph system. Known as Burkitt’s Lymphoma, it is one of the fastest growing cancers in the world. It is usually found in Africa where it kills newborn infants within a few hours. The tumor in Brian’s abdomen grew from the size of a golf ball to nine inches in diameter in three days. Brian spent eight months at the National Institute of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland and was healed supernaturally by the power of God.
While fighting for his life, Brian called on the name of the Lord. He promised the Lord that he would go wherever the Lord wanted him to go, speak to whomever the Lord wanted him to speak, and say whatever the Lord wanted him to say if the Lord would raise him up off his death bed. Brian’s spontaneous healing left the doctors in shock and without any medical explanation. He was made the “poster child” for the National Cancer Institute. Brian’s testimony has been featured in Kenneth Copeland’s Voice of Victory Magazine and also Pat Robertson’s broadcast of the 700 Club.
Brian travels and ministers in Churches, Bible Schools, Crusade’s, Conferences, College Campuses and wherever the Lord sends him in the US and abroad. Brian holds healing workshops and healing services and ministers to the sick. Brian’s book, titled, “Ten Hours to Live” is much more than a testimonial, it is a healing handbook every christian should have.
Brian and his wife Beth live near Richmond, Virginia and have four children, Madeline, Emily, Jessica, and Preston.
