Take Your Inheritance! : By James L Lantz
Abraham’s natural descendants were promised that they would receive as an inheritance the land that their fathers, Abraham, Issac, and Jacob lived and walked in. God said, It is a good land that I am giving you, where you won’t have to water it with your feet, a land flowing with milk and honey! God had appeared to Abram in a vision and made covenant with him saying that his descendants would be released from slavery and return to dwell in this land after four hundred years. Gen. 15:16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full. God was so very gracious to give those dwelling in the land and their posterity over four hundred years to repent and acknowledge Him as their God. Gen. 15:18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: We know from the scriptures that whenever God’s people turned away from Him and served other god’s that He allowed their enemies to drive them from their land and take them into captivity. We also see how gracious God was to forgive and to restore when they repented! Ps. 103:3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; God’s people, Israel, were scattered abroad for all their sins and as the prophets have decreed that in the last days they will return to their land which we have seen and are still seeing it today. Ezk. 36:24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land. The Attacks On Israel Is About The Land!
land which God gave to Abraham and his descendants forever! The Hamas are the philistines of old and out of their own mouths they decree their purpose to totally wipe Israel from the face of the earth! Their hatred of Israel is demonically inspired, satan would like to eliminate all the historical landmarks of Jesus coming that continually speak of man’s redemption and his defeat. Caleb reminded Joshua of Moses words when he asked for the privilege to take Hebron for himself and his family. Joshua 14:9 And Moses sware on that day, saying, Surely the land whereon thy feet have trodden shall be thine inheritance, and thy children’s for ever, because thou hast wholly followed the LORD my God. King Jehoshaphat reminded God of His promise to Abraham when petitioning for His help against the Syrians invading their land. 2 Chron. 20:7 Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?
Those of us who are spiritual descendants of Abraham through Jesus Christ are blessed with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places! Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: You may be thinking, I want something that is tangible, not something that is invisible to the human eye. I want something to eat, some new clothes, and a car to drive, and some real estate to build a home! Thats all included in every spiritual blessing! Remember, all things were made by Him and for Him, there is nothing that was made without Him. Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: The worlds were framed by the word of God, so the things that we see were created from that which is unseen! Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. The incorruptible word of God is given to man to supply his every need and every God given desire! When a person receives Jesus they inherit every good thing that He has, meaning every spiritual blessing in heavenly places. Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? The greek word translated saved in Romans 10:9 is also translated as save, healed, preserve, well, and whole in the same King James Bible. Rom. 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. The greek word for saved is SOZO which means to save, deliver, protect, heal, preserve, do well, and make whole! So we are correct to say that salvation through Jesus Christ includes
This Inheritance Is Ours For The Taking!
Salvation, Deliverance, Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Protection, Healing, Preservation, Doing well or Prospering, and Wholeness. WOW! That is what Peter referred to as so great a salvation! This is the inheritance that our merciful God made available to every person who will receive His Son Jesus. You have to take God’s offer of eternal life by repenting from self effort, humbly acknowledging your need and His saving ability. You must meet His conditions of believing in your heart and saying with your mouth that you take Jesus as your Lord! Don’t misunderstand the language of take it. No one is going to be able to pry anything out of God’s hand that He doesn’t want them to have. God has provided and is extending this great salvation to whosoever will reach out and take it.
. . . Whosoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved! . . . I will deliver him! . . . God commands His people, be filled with the Spirit! . . . No weapon formed against you shall prosper! . . . By Jesus stripes we were healed! . . . When a mans ways please the Lord He makes his enemies to be at peace with him! . . . The Blessing of the Lord makes you rich! . . . Your faith will make you whole!
You have to purpose in your heart to take what Jesus purchased for you! Jesus did all the hard part but he can not and will not trample on your right to choose salvation or choose damnation! Jesus will not make anyone believe Him. Believing is a choice. We get to believe what God said or believe the often contrary feelings and circumstances that face us. The enemy wants people to believe that their sin is to big or to bad for them to be forgiven, but Jesus blood was shed for the sins of the whole world that none should perish. Likewise, the temptation to the sick person is, your sickness is too bad or too far gone for God too heal you. If you are sick, take God’s medicine, it’s free! God’s word is His medicine to all our flesh, it’s good for whatever ails you! Pro. 4:22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. You take it by putting it in front of your eyes, putting it in your ears, and continually thinking about God’s great provision! Don’t make the mistake of just believing in God’s medicine but actually take it. Jesus calls us wise when we not only hear His words but actually do them! If it is provision that you need, ask the Father in Jesus name. The Father is glorified when His children are abundantly provided for! John 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Choose to be spiritually minded, choose life and peace! Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Jesus qualified us to be receivers of the inheritance along with all the saints who are walking in the light!
Our God Is A God Of Abundance!
Our God feeds every living thing! Trees, plants, fowls, fish, and animals all reproduce after their own kind creating an on going source of food supply for people whom God loves! As long as the earth remains there will be seed time and harvest. God gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater and multiplies that which is sown! He spreads a table for us here, in the presence of our enemies! The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want! What soever things you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them and you shall have them! Jesus came to give us an abundant life! God meets our needs according to His riches in glory! Take Him at His word because He can not lie. Romans 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Don’t let your heart be troubled, you believe in God, believe also in Jesus! He didn’t become poor so we could become poor. He became poor so we could become rich! Those of this world have a saying, seeing is believing, but God says, believe to see. Psalms 27:13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.
As we partner with God’s Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers in building and expanding the kingdom of God we become partakers of their grace! Joining faith with those who have a kingdom assignment allows us to experience of their grace! Rom. 5:17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

A Storm Is Coming – Batten Down The Hatches! ( Given by Rick Renner )
We are headed into a season of intense warfare on many fronts – economic, political, and spiritual. But the Lord is a man of war, and He knows exactly how to strategize against and overcome every assault against His people and against His Truth.
But just as one should batten down the hatches in a time of storms, God’s people must be mentally and spiritually prepared for a stormy season that lies directly ahead. However, with the grace of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, the promises of God’s Word, and the weaponry He has given, we can move forward step by step with the strategic guidance of the Holy Spirit. And God will triumphantly lead His people forward and carry out His plans for this end-time age.
This is not a time to fear, moan, or cry, but a time to rejoice, for God is strategically at work even in ways you do not see. Although it may seem the enemy and those he is influencing are attempting to derail God’s purposes, remember that the One who sits in the heavens laughs at their plans, and He will ultimately have them in derision (see Psalm 2:4). God is a Man of War, and in the end, His purposes shall surely prevail!
