Love God First, Others Second, Yourself Third! : By James L. Lantz
All of us need to be reminded of the basic’s from time to time! God’s Kingdom operates by law and His laws are very different than what we find in most of our society today. God is love and He rules by love! He is a faith God and we enter the kingdom of God by faith and we live and function in His kingdom by faith. God is a righteous God who extends grace to everyone who receives Christ’s righteousness! Hebrews 1:8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Jesus is God as a member of the Triune God Head and He is the One in charge! He only says what the Father says and what He says goes. God is a jealous God and He will not give His glory to another. Ex. 34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God: Our first commandment is to love the Lord our God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength! We are indebted to Father God to walk in the Spirit since He raised us up with Christ and placed His Spirit in us! Romans 8:12&13 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. We love Him because He first loved us! All things were created by Jesus, and for Jesus and He is before all things, and by Him all things consist. And Jesus is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the first born from the dead that He might have the preeminence in everything! Jesus, our Creator, humbled Himself and became like one of us, then sacrificed His life to save us from our sins. Jesus was not only our substitute as the sacrificial lamb for our sins but also our great example of putting God first
Jesus Put The Father’s Will And Our Good Before Himself!
even when it hurts. Jesus love for the Father and His love for us kept Him focused on the mission to redeem us! In great anguish Jesus prayed asking the Father if there might be another way to redeem us. Mt. 26:39 . . . O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. The important thing is that Jesus put His Father’s desire to save us above His own desire to escape the horrible torment of the crucifixion and sufferings in hell. Jesus put His Father first and you and I second and took our sins upon Himself so that we could have His righteousness. We have numerous examples of God’s people who put God’s will above their own! Able is the first one mentioned as willing to give God his first and best. The Lord corrected the prophet Elijah when he was feeling sorry for himself and said he was the only one left who was serving God. God said, I have seven thousand in Israel who have not bowed their knee to Baal. God spoke of His servant David as one who fulfilled all His will. Acts 13:22 . . . I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfill all my will. Young King Solomon pleased the Lord with his request for wisdom to lead God’s people! Loving God first is manifested by putting His commandments and His things before our desires and our things! Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh!
Jesus placed our need of redemption above His desire to escape being punished for our sins! 1 John 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. Paul writes how he earnestly desired to go to be with the Lord but decided to stay on in the flesh to help the Philippians progress in the faith! Phil. 1:24 NLT But for your sakes, it is better that I continue to live. Paul believed the Psalmist that said he can be satisfied before leaving earth. Ps. 91:16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation. Later in his letter to the Philippian church Paul writes how we are to esteem others better than ourselves. It is not that others are better than us but rather the way of love. Phil. 2:3&4 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. The law teaches the same thing about loving your neighbor as yourself. Deut. 22:4 Thou shalt not see thy brother’s ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again. Paul goes on to say in the Philippian letter how Timothy is the only one he has that will care for their well being above his own. Phil. 2:20&21 For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s. This truth of honoring and preferring our brother is all through the bible. This is what love does! When we walk in love with one another we fulfill the law. Honoring and preferring our spouse makes a marriage sweet! Rom. 12:10 ESV Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.
Putting ourselves third or last does not mean that we come up short or go without. It just means that we have confidence in God’s ability and desire to promote and bless us! Ps. 75:6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. Ps. 75:7 But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. Jesus stated that those who sacrificially serve for His sake and the gospel’s shall receive an hundred fold in this life and eternal life in the world to come, while many who refuse will be last. Mark 10:31 But many that are first shall be last; and the last first. They that are after the flesh make choices seemingly beneficial for the flesh in the here and now but they lead to death. Much better to believe and heed the words of the Master! John 12:25&26 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour. Jesus warned the scribes and Pharisees to repent of their hypocrisy of loving the praise of men rather than the approval of God. Our freedom in Christ is not to be used for an occasion to our flesh but rather to serve our brothers and sisters in Christ! Gal. 5:13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. Preferring our brother does not mean we neglect our assignment and doing what they should be doing for themselves. Each of us are to be faithful in our own jurisdiction in which we have authority. Each of us are responsible for the thoughts we hold and the words we choose to speak. We have control over what we hear and what we see to a large degree by what we attend to or stay away from. Obviously God expects us to be diligent stewards over what we have jurisdiction over but always treat others well and prefer them over ourselves. In the Corinthian letter, the Spirit of God through Paul, says believers are not to go before the ungodly of this world to settle disputes. We who will judge the world and judge angels are certainly qualified to judge things pertaining to this life. 1 Cor. 6:7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded? Prefer your brother! John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

A prophecy given to Gary Bailey for the Church in these United States, October 2nd, 5:58am, 2017.
In the beginning it was ordained that a family be created that would care for my creation and love one another. My purpose was to have a family filled with love, joy and peace.
This was not to be because the enemy took advantage and perverted and stole away my heart’s desire. The destroyer began his insidious work.
From the beginning, however, I had a plan to redeem my family back to Myself and just as the enemy worked little by little, here and there, I have continued to work in the earth bringing about the plan and purpose of My Family. Through My Son, Jesus, this work of redemption has fully defeated the enemy and the end result is complete victory and restoration of my family.
Through the ages I have raised up those who have willingly and freely obeyed my will. They have lived with My plan of redemption as their motivation and drive.These sought to establish heaven upon earth. Though they struggled and fought the good fight of faith, they defeated the enemy and the Kingdom of God increased in the earth. Just as the enemy has worked insidiously to spread death and destruction throughout the earth, I have moved and worked through a sanctified and holy people to bring about my will and purpose in the earth. My will is blessing and goodness. My will is peace and prosperity. My will is healing and mercy. My glory shall fill the earth. My compassion shall rule the day.
Now concerning these United States: In times past, I have sent my chosen ones. Those whose hearts were pure and clean. Those who desired My will above all else. These were sent to establish and bring about My will. They faced the enemy and won. They drove back the forces of evil and established a nation where My voice could be heard and My plan of redemption could move forward. A place where My family could thrive and prosper. A nation of families pursuing My purpose and plan. Again, the enemy has worked his dastardly plan. It would seem in the natural that he has brought about the defeat and demise of My Church and this nation.
Do not despair. I have worked and I continue to work through a remnant of My Church. Though it seems My Church has increased in this nation, many have played the harlot and joined themselves with the world becoming My enemies. Because of this, this nation will suffer a defeat as never before and it will seem as if the enemy has won. Do not despair. From the ashes of this defeat will rise a mighty army. They will go forth with power and strength. At every turn the enemy shall be driven back and defeated. The enemy shall not stand against this army. At this time My Church shall rise. As if a mighty giant had risen from sleep. No more a powerless Church but a people mighty in faith shall rise up and go forth. This remnant shall become a multitude and a majority in this nation. Righteousness shall again prevail and My glory shall fill the streets of this nation.
If there be repentance, it need not be that this nation suffer shame and defeat. I call the Church in the United States to repentance. If they will pray and repent, I will turn and heal their land, I will quickly remove the wicked from ruling and those leaders who are righteous shall have their way and accomplish My will. I will hold back the enemy that would bring defeat…… if My Church will repent. Be ready and watch. I am coming soon. Before I come I will restore My Family in this nation, bring refreshing and revival such as this nation has not experienced heretofore. And I will bring to pass what your forefathers envisioned for this nation. A nation pursuing My plan of redemption, sending the Gospel to all the world, a place where there will be days of heaven upon the earth.

Brother Gary Bailey preached his first sermon in 1977 at the age of seventeen. He had been listening to Brother Hagin for a couple of years and immediately after High School went to Rhema Bible Training School. He then returned to Ohio to work for Rex Humbard Ministries (sweeping floors & licking stamps). After two years Gary returned to Pennsylvania where he met his wife Gwen.
At the age of twenty one Brother Gary began to pastor his first church. Brother Gary pastored a couple of churches in central Pennsylvannia for the next 5 years. In 1986 Brother Gary moved his family out to Indianna to sit under Lester Summural,s ministry. During this time he lived with and worked with Bob and Nancy Palmer. During this time the Lord spoke a scripture to Brother Gary which exhorted him to let his hands be strong that God’s temple might be built.
Zechariah 8:9 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.
In 1987 Brother Gary began traveling and ministering as an itinerant minister. In the last nineteen years Brother Gary has emphasized making your church not only a word church but a Holy Ghost church as inspired by Brother Hagin’s “2003” prophesy.
Brother Gary has held a number of Gospel Tent meetings for us as well as for other Pastors in the United States. Brother Gary’s heart is for the lost to be saved and for the church to flow with The Spirit. Brother Gary flows with the anointing of The Spirit and in gifts of The Spirit in his ministry. In addition to ministering where doors open Brother Gary along with his wife Gwen currently pastor Light Ministries Church near Lewistown, PA. Lets receive this precious ministry gift that God has raised up and seasoned for this end time harvest!

A Storm Is Coming – Batten Down The Hatches!
We are headed into a season of intense warfare on many fronts – economic, political, and spiritual. But the Lord is a man of war, and He knows exactly how to strategize against and overcome every assault against His people and against His Truth.
But just as one should batten down the hatches in a time of storms, God’s people must be mentally and spiritually prepared for a stormy season that lies directly ahead. However, with the grace of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, the promises of God’s Word, and the weaponry He has given, we can move forward step by step with the strategic guidance of the Holy Spirit. And God will triumphantly lead His people forward and carry out His plans for this end-time age.
This is not a time to fear, moan, or cry, but a time to rejoice, for God is strategically at work even in ways you do not see. Although it may seem the enemy and those he is influencing are attempting to derail God’s purposes, remember that the One who sits in the heavens laughs at their plans, and He will ultimately have them in derision (see Psalm 2:4). God is a Man of War, and in the end, His purposes shall surely prevail!
